Using our specialised geared motor trolley, operators control the cage opening or closing via foot pedal. When moulds reach the optimal height (750-1100mm), they can be slid along their rails to the next station. This process repeats for all levels, from bottom to top.
During unloading, extracted moulds continue through the production process while the cage continues opening. Upon reaching the bottom level, the closing option is selected, lowering upper levels into the ergonomic zone for sequential unloading. Once unloading is complete, the cage remains closed and compact, ready for loading new moulds with raw food product.
Loading begins with the top level, advancing with the geared motor until all levels are filled.Finally, the multi-mould closes according to pre-established parameters, ensuring optimal positioning for the cooking process.
